the reception staff were informative. veysel explained spots to visit on a provided map. he explained the public transport system , giving tips for travelling via tramline etc.
the breakfast lacked variety , but that is a matter of personal taste.

The staff greeted me warmly. They arranged my airport transportation perfectly. The hotel is a short walk to the tram. My room included a sofa and a balcony. The shower was rainfall. it had very hot water.
The breakfast lacked some variety, though it was adequate.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many main attractions. Staff helped book a Bosphorus cruise with amazing seats. The staff were friendly and cute (. A family of nine of us stayed here in April 2025.
The hotel does not offer an amenity kit. I noticed there was nothing like a toothbrush in the room. I believe this should be part of the room service in a 4-star hotel.
